The University gives high priority to the quality of services provided to its students. Continuous efforts are made to bring about further improvement in the services offered at different levels – Headquarters, Regional Centres and Study Centres.
The University is in the process of seeking accreditation from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). In this exercise, NAAC shall be collecting independent feedback from various stakeholders. You, as a student of IGNOU, are the most important stakeholder.
NAAC shall be approaching learners of Fresh and Re-registered learners of July 2019 session directly through the respective personal Email ID provided at the time of admission for the Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS). It is important that you give your feedback as soon as you receive the Email from NAAC. Last date is 30th June.
